Tides Family Services is seeking a Clinical Supervisor for the Tides Outreach Program (TOP) in Rhode Island. The role provides clinical leadership within an intensive, home- and community-based program serving youth and families, with a focus on keeping youths safely in the community.

Qualified candidates are licensed clinicians (LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT) experienced in high-acuity cases, crisis intervention, and multidisciplinary teamwork, with reliable transportation and willingness to work

Formación

• LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT licensure is required.
• Experience working with youth and families in community settings.
• Strong skills in crisis intervention and collaborative care.
• Reliable transportation is required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide clinical leadership and oversight to TOP.
• Conduct diagnostic assessments and ongoing clinical involvement with youth and families.
• Support staff with crisis intervention, safety planning, and risk management.
• Participate in daily team meetings and ongoing case consultations.
• Coordinate with DCYF, Family Court, schools, and community providers.
• Provide coaching and mentorship to staff.
