Job summary

Tides Family Services in Providence, RI seeks a Trauma-Focused Community-Based Clinician to deliver evidence-based therapy to children and youth who have experienced trauma and may be at risk of or involved in Commercial Sexual Exploitation of Children.

You will work with families, schools, and other providers in home and community settings, participate in on-call crisis coverage, and document progress in the EHR while upholding trauma-informed care.

Qualifications

Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
Independent Clinical Licensure preferred.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
Minimum of three years' experience providing trauma-informed care.

Responsibilities

Deliver trauma-informed individual, group, and family therapy to children and youth using evidence-based modalities.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic support to youth and families.
Participate in 24/7/365 on-call rotation to provide crisis intervention.
Maintain timely and accurate documentation in the EHR, ensuring compliance with standards.
Develop and monitor individualized recovery goals and adjust plans as required.
Complete aftercare and discharge planning in collaboration with youth and providers.
