Arbor Associates is conducting a direct hire search on behalf of a well-established behavioral health organization in Framingham, MA with two Clinical Supervisor / Clinical Director openings across its behavioral health division. Both roles carry full clinical leadership responsibility within programs that serve women navigating co-occurring substance use and mental health challenges — one embedded in an outpatient co-occurring disorders program, and one within a residential recovery program that includes dedicated services for pregnant and postpartum women. These are not administrative titles. Both positions require active clinical supervision of licensed and unlicensed staff, direct accountability for program quality and compliance, and the kind of grounded, trauma-informed clinical judgment that only comes from experience in gender-responsive behavioral health settings. Candidates who have worked directly with women in recovery — particularly those managing co-occurring diagnoses, domestic violence histories, housing instability, or perinatal substance use — will find both the scope and the population deeply familiar. The organization's residential program has an 18-year history of serving women in recovery, including those with long histories of homelessness and those requiring perinatal-specific support. Clinical leadership here means understanding not just the clinical model but the lived context of the women it serves.
