Position Overview:
As a BCBA, you will work directly with individuals on the autism spectrum, conducting assessments and creating individualized behavior intervention plans. You’ll collaborate with a team of Behavior Therapists to provide high-quality care and ensure client progress. We are looking for professionals who are committed to improving the quality of life for those with autism through evidence-based strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (VB-MAPP, Vineland, AFLS, etc.) and create individualized behavior intervention programs
- Provide supervision to Program Managers, Behavior Therapists (RBTs, BTs), and BCBA candidates, ensuring high-quality service delivery
- Develop and monitor client progress, providing detailed progress reports and monthly updates
- Supervise staff and provide ongoing supervision hours and continuing education (CEUs)
- Travel to client homes and offices as needed for assessments, meetings, and training
- Ensure compliance with insurance expectations and maintain data collection and analysis
- Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis or related field
- Current BCBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- Valid CA driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel
- Ability to pass an FBI/DOJ clearance and background check
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Bilingual candidates (Spanish) are highly preferred
- Flexible scheduling and caseload options, including part-time and hybrid opportunities (telehealth when appropriate)

- Competitive salary:
- Full-time: $80,000 - $90,000/year (based on experience and availability)
- Part-time: Starting at $50/hr
- Expected full-time hours: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM (flexible for part-time)
