Job summary

Center for Autism and Related Disorders, LLC (CARD) seeks a Clinical Supervisor to oversee clinical treatment for patients, develop and monitor treatment plans, and coach behavioral technicians. This salaried, exempt, full-time role reports to the Group Clinical Manager and requires a BCBA certification and ASD experience.

The position offers a salary range of $80,000–$120,000 with up to $30,000 in annual bonuses, relocation assistance up to $10,000, and flexible onsite, hybrid, or remote work

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology or Applied Behavior Analysis required.
• BCBA certification required.
• Experience with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote optimal outcomes by applying clinical judgment to each patient.
• Develop and maintain individualized treatment plans for patients.
• Ensure 100% adherence to supervision hours monthly.
• Coach and train behavioral technicians and collaborate with caregivers.
• Communicate treatment progress to caregivers and payers clearly and professionally.
• Coordinate care with other professionals and maintain compliant documentation.
