Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA, Special Ed, Psychology, or related field.
• BCBA certification.
• Strong behavior management and instructional skills.
• Experience with developmental disorders across ages.
• Ability to work independently and with a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision, training, and mentorship to staff.
• Develop and implement behavior intervention plans.
• Collaborate with families to build therapeutic alliance.
• Utilize DTT and NET methodologies.
• Conduct functional assessments and analyses.
• Support ongoing professional development through training.
