Center For Autism and Related Disorders, Inc. is seeking an Associate Clinical Supervisor to coordinate clinical treatment with the Primary Clinical Supervisor.

The role involves developing treatment plans, supervising hours, and mentoring behavior technicians across settings including center, home, school, and telehealth. Ideal candidates hold a BCaBA and a bachelor’s in psychology/behavior analysis, with 2+ years of ASD ABA experience and strong communication skills.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Behavior Analysis, or related field.
• BCaBA certification.
• 2+ years of experience providing ABA treatment to children with ASD.
• English proficiency, both verbal and written.

Mansioni

• Coordinate with Primary Clinical Supervisor on all clinical treatment aspects.
• Develop and maintain treatment plans.
• Ensure supervision hours meet 100% adherence each month.
• Evaluate patients to identify skill deficits and strengths.
• Analyze challenging behaviors to identify function and plan interventions.
• Provide coaching to behavioral technicians and caregivers.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and thorough documentation.
