The Center for Autism and Related Disorders, LLC (CARD) seeks a Clinical Supervisor in Lakewood, CO. This is a salaried, exempt, full-time role overseeing clinical treatment, planning, and supervisor duties for patients across multiple settings, including telehealth as appropriate.

Required: Master’s in Psychology/ABA and BCBA certification; experience with ASD. Excellent communication, teamwork, and time management skills are essential for coordinating with families, centers, and payers.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology or ABA required.
• BCBA certification required.
• Experience with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) required.

Responsabilités

• Provide supervision and treatment planning for patients.
• Coach and train behavioral technicians.
• Ensure 100% treatment adherence monthly.
• Coordinate care with caregivers and other professionals.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and accurate documentation.
