Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology or Applied Behavior Analysis or related field is required.
• Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BACB) is required.
• Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) is required.

Responsibilities

• Promote optimal outcomes by using clinical judgment.
• Develop and maintain individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise and coach behavioral technicians and caregivers.
• Coordinate care across multiple settings (center, home, school, telehealth).
