This salaried, exempt role requires a Master’s in Psychology or ABA and BCBA certification, with strict HIPAA compliance and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology or Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or related field required.
• Certification as a Behavior Analyst from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) required.
• Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) required.

Responsibilities

• Promote optimal outcomes through clinical judgment for each patient.
• Develop, update, and monitor treatment plans.
• Ensure supervision hours meet 100% treatment adherence.
• Coordinate with caregivers and payers; provide coaching to technicians.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation and data tracking.
