The Center for Autism and Related Disorders (CARD) is hiring a Clinical Supervisor in the Los Angeles area. This role oversees clinical treatment, develops and updates treatment plans, coaches caregivers and technicians, and ensures adherence to all protocols across settings including center, home, school, and telehealth.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology or Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• BCBA certification is required.
• Experience with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) is required.

Responsibilities

• Promote optimal outcomes by applying clinical judgment.
• Develop and maintain treatment plans.
• supervise and coach behavioral technicians and caregivers.
• Ensure 100% adherence to treatment hours monthly.
• Update treatment plans monthly based on patient response.
