Job summary

The Center for Autism and Related Disorders (CARD) in Youngsville, LA, seeks a Clinical Supervisor to oversee clinical treatment, develop plans, and guide technicians across center, home, school, or telehealth settings.

This full-time, salaried role requires BCBA certification, a psychology/ABA master's, and ASD experience. CARD offers onsite, hybrid, and remote options, plus relocation assistance up to $10,000, paid training, and CEUs.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology or Applied Behavior Analysis or related field is required.
• Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is required.
• Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) is required.

Responsibilities

• Promote optimal outcomes using clinical judgment.
• Develop and maintain treatment plans for patients.
• Ensure supervision hours meet monthly targets (100% adherence).
• Evaluate patients to identify skill deficits and strengths.
• Analyze challenging behaviors to determine function and develop plans.
• Provide ongoing coaching and training to behavioral technicians.
• Maintain documentation and update treatment plans monthly.
