Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a skilled BCBA to provide clinical supervision and lead ABA-based behavior programs across a multi-disciplinary team. The role includes parent education, development of targeted interventions, and regional performance management.

The ideal candidate has a Master’s in ABA, BCBA certification, CPR, and 2–3 years of ASD experience. Travel and strong communication skills are essential to collaborate with families and community agencies.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in ABA or related field.
  • BCBA certification.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • 2–3 years of professional experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) in a multi-disciplinary team setting.
  • Expert knowledge of scientifically validated methodologies and behavioral analytic approaches.
  • Familiar with current related research findings.
  • Competent in employing and directing behavior analytic methodologies.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.).
  • Ability to communicate effectively, through oral and written skills.
