Job summary

CLASS, Center of Learning and Autism Support services, seeks a BCBA to lead clinical teams in Vallejo and surrounding areas, ensuring high-quality ABA services. The role involves supervision, mentorship, assessments, and rigorous documentation.

The ideal candidate holds BCBA certification, a master's in ABA or related field, and at least 2 years supervising staff. Travel to Vallejo is required; remote admin hours are possible. Compensation is competitive with full benefits.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA Certification.
• Masters in ABA, Psychology or related field.
• 2+ years supervising clinical staff.
• Strong ABA skills (BTT, Verbal Behavior, NET).
• Reliable car, CA driver’s license & insurance.
• CPR certification, immunization records and background check upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Supervise clients and staff weekly, ensuring top-notch ABA services across the board.
• Mentor RBTs & Case Managers - helping the next generations of clinicians grow with confidence.
• Oversee assessments, goal setting and clinical team meetings to keep care sharp and intentional.
• Maintain high-quality documentation, communication and clinical standards throughout.
