What your days look like

• Supervise clients and staff weekly, ensuring top‑noble ABA services across the board.
• Mentor RBTs & Case Managers — helping the next generations of clinicians grow with confidence.
• Oversee assessments, goal setting and clinical team meetings to keep care sharp and intentional.
• Maintain high‑quality documentation, communication and clinical standards throughout.

What you bring

• Active BCBA Certification.
• Master’s in ABA, Psychology or related field.
• 2+ years supervising clinical staff.
• Strong ABA skills (BTT, Verbal Behavior, NET).
• Reliable car, CA driver’s license & insurance.
• CPR certification, immunization records and background check upon hire.

Compensation & Perks

• Hourly Rate: $45-$60 (depending on experience and education)
