Holding Hands OpCo LLC in Pasadena, CA is seeking a Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) to lead ABA treatment plans, supervise BT/RBT staff, and mentor clinicians.

The role requires active BCBA certification, a Master’s degree in ABA or related field, and experience with ASD. Travel between locations is expected; the team offers a supportive, clinician-focused culture and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification is required.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Experience with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and ABA therapy.
• Strong leadership and communication skills expected of a BCBA.
• Ability to travel between locations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee ABA treatment plans as a BCBA.
• Conduct FBA and FA assessments.
• Create Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP).
• Supervise and train BT/RBT under BCBA guidance.
• Monitor progress and adjust programs based on data.
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams.

A Day in the life of a BCBA
