Qualifications

  • BCBA certification is required.
  • Master’s degree in psychology, ABA, Special Education, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of clinical supervision experience in ASD/ABA settings.
  • Skilled in assessments, treatment planning, and report writing.
  • DOJ clearance, current TB test, CA driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation.
  • Bilingual (Spanish/Armenian) preferred.

Clinical Supervisor (BCBA)

FCDS is seeking an exceptional Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) to join our team and make a meaningful impact. In this role, you will design and oversee ABA treatment programs, conduct assessments, write reports, supervise and train staff, and collaborate with families to support children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and related disorders.
