Aufgaben

• Develop, implement, and monitor training plans for clinical staff.
• Manage treatment schedules to ensure appropriate clinical interventions.
• Provide supervision of counselors/therapists and documentation per policies.
• Intervene in difficult cases and approve referrals to specialized care.
• Supervise aftercare component of treatment.
• Attend and facilitate meetings and special events as needed.
• Maintain a small client caseload when required.
• Uphold Gaudenzia's conduct standards and policies.
• Maintain professional certificates/credentials.
• Be responsible for the facility when the Director is unavailable.
• Other duties as assigned by Program Director.

Ausbildung

Bachelor's Degree in addiction counseling, psychology, social work, counseling, nursing (with a clinical specialty in administration or human services) or related field

Master's degree in same fields

Clinical license or Certified Clinical Supervisor status with timeline (by 7/1/24 or within 3 years)
