Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in addiction counseling, psychology, social work, counseling, nursing (with clinical specialty) or related field with required years of clinical experience.
• Must have clinical license or be in progress toward licensure/certification with specified completion date.
• Must complete department-approved core curriculum training including clinical supervision skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor training plans for clinical staff.
• Implement treatment schedules to promote clinical interventions.
• Supervise counselors and therapists and ensure accurate documentation in EHRs.
• Intervene in difficult cases and approve referrals to specialized care.
• Supervise aftercare components of treatment.
• Attend and facilitate meetings and events as needed.
• Maintain a small client caseload when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with Gaudenzia's standards and policies.
• Maintain professional certificates and credentials.
