Sora Resource Group in Massachusetts is seeking a seasoned Clinical Supervisor to lead nursing operations in a skilled nursing facility. You will oversee daily resident care, mentor staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and partner with interdisciplinary teams to safeguard quality outcomes.

Reporting to nursing administration, you will drive clinical excellence, manage RNs, LPNs, and CNAs, and coordinate admissions, rounds, and safety protocols in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Current, active Massachusetts RN or LPN license.
• 2–3 years of hands-on SNF/LTC nursing experience.
• Previous nursing supervisory/charge nurse experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of state and federal long-term care regulations; EMR proficiency.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift up to 50 lbs; flexible hours incl. weekends/holidays.

Clinical Supervisor (Skilled Nursing Facility)

Schedule: Full-Time Hours | Flexible Scheduling Required (May include weekend or holiday coverage)

An established skilled nursing facility in Massachusetts is seeking an experienced, high-performing Clinical Supervisor to lead nursing operations and oversee direct resident care.

Reporting to nursing administration, the Clinical Supervisor provides daily clinical guidance, operational management, and leadership to RNs, LPNs, and CNAs. In this role, you will drive clinical excellence, mentor unit staff, maintain regulatory compliance, and partner with interdisciplinary teams to optimize resident safety, quality outcomes, and overall operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clinical Leadership: Supervise daily nursing care delivery; conduct routine rounds to monitor resident status, infection control protocols, medication administration, and nursing staff performance
• Resident Assessment & Admissions: Assist with resident admissions, transfers, discharges, and clinical assessments; ensure adherence to individualized care plans and physician orders
• Staff Coaching & Development: Provide ongoing mentorship, orientation, training, scheduling oversight, and performance evaluations for RNs, LPNs, and CNAs; lead constructive corrective actions when needed
• Regulatory Compliance & Quality: Maintain continuous compliance with CMS, Massachusetts Department of Health, OSHA, HIPAA, and facility guidelines; participate actively in Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) initiatives and survey readiness
• Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Partner closely with attending physicians, therapy specialists, social services, dietary teams, and administrators; communicate status changes to families and healthcare providers
• Operational Oversight: Monitor unit staffing levels, assist with clinical incident investigations, respond to facility emergencies, and make critical clinical decisions in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications:

• Licensure: Current, active, and unrestricted Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license required
• Clinical Experience: Minimum of 2 to 3 years of hands-on nursing experience within a skilled nursing facility (SNF) or long-term care (LTC) setting
• Leadership Skills: Previous nursing supervisory, charge nurse, or clinical leadership experience is strongly preferred
• Regulatory & EMR Expertise: Solid knowledge of state and federal long-term care regulations; proficiency with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems
• Specialized Clinical Knowledge: Experience with Medicare/Medicaid clinical documentation, wound care management, infection prevention, and restorative nursing programs is highly desirable
• Physical & Operational Capabilities: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs; flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends or holidays as operational needs require
