Job summary

Pinnacle Treatment Centers is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to guide residents in a safe environment and promote long term recovery. You will partner with the Executive Director to establish and maintain a therapeutic environment and routine for our residents.

Must hold LPC/LCSW/LMFT or LSAT licensure with experience in substance use disorders; opioid treatment preferred. You will supervise licensed eligible staff, develop clinical services, provide in-service training, ensure compliance, and

• Ability to supervise licensed eligible employees preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assesses and develops overall clinical services.
• Provides in-service training to clinical staff on a regularly scheduled basis.
• Monitors clinical records for quality and compliance with regulations; conducts mock inspections.
• Responsible for maintaining CSAC accreditation for all clinical aspects of care.
• Manages a caseload and covers for absent counselors as needed.

Requirements:

• LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor), LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker), LMFT (Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist), or LSAT
• Experience with substance use disorders
• Experience with opioid treatment preferred
• Ability to supervise licensed eligible employees preferred

Responsibilities:
