Job summary

Brightli is seeking a Licensed Clinical Therapist to provide individual, family, and group therapy in Outpatient Services at our Kansas City / Independence, Missouri location. You will conduct psychosocial assessments, develop treatment plans, and coordinate care with a multidisciplinary team to promote recovery and wellness.

The role emphasizes evidence-based practices, crisis intervention, and participation in group programs, with a focus on helping clients achieve lasting positive change

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Counseling or Social Work is required.
  • Missouri license as PLPC, LPC, LMFT, LMSW, LCSW, PhD, or PsyD is required; current Missouri license held or eligible.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide individual, family, and group therapy to an assigned caseload.
  • Document all clinical activities in accordance with quality standards.
  • Conduct treatment planning and reviews for assigned clients in a timely and clinically appropriate manner.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to coordinate service delivery.
  • Coordinate and monitor group counseling and group education activities for program participants.
