Hours: Treatment Center hours 5 a.m. - 1 p.m. rotating Saturdays from 6 a.m. - 10 a.m.Job Summary- Supervise counselors/professionals in training, and those requiring supervision by regulatory authorities, and/or counselors/professionals who are working towards their certification or licensure
- Assisting patients in identifying, maximizing, and relating their strengths to appropriate social, educational (academic and vocational), and occupational goals.
- Assist clients in preparing and adjusting to a drug free existence, and to offer assistance (emotional and physical) in problematic issues.
- Responsible to the Program Director for provision of services to assigned patients and adherence to schedules, established treatment program policies and procedures, and applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
Minimum Requirements- Certification of CADC II or above and QMHA
- Five years of paid full-time experience in the field of substance use disorders counseling; or
- Bachelor's Degree and four years of paid full-time experience in the social services field, with a minimum of two years of direct substance use disorders counseling experience; or
- A Master's Degree and three years of paid full-time experience in the social services field with a minimum of two years of direct substance use disorders counseling experience.
- Valid driver's license and meet the requirements for employment in an opioid treatment program.
- Meet Oregon state requirements to work in a substance abuse treatment facility.
