Job summary

Bene Therapy PLLC in Seattle, WA is seeking an experienced Clinical Supervisor to mentor our team of clinicians. This role includes supervising W2 employees and independent contractors while maintaining a client caseload and ensuring high-quality care across the practice.

Qualifications

• Washington State-approved Clinical Supervisor.
• Active Washington license in good standing (LMHC, LICSW, LMFT, or equivalent).
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Clinical Supervisor to mentor and support our team of clinicians. This role includes clinical supervision for both W2 employees and independent contractors, along with a client caseload. You will play a key role in building out the team, supporting clinician development, and ensuring high-quality care across the practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to W2 clinicians and independent contractors
• Participate in the hiring and management of clinicians
• Manage incoming referrals and coordinate therapist-client matches
• Offer guidance on case consultation, treatment planning, and clinical decision-making
• Maintain a caseload of 5–10 clients (can vary as supervisory caseload fluctuates)
• 2-4 hours of monthly group supervision / co-lead peer-lead case consultations
• Help clinicians to develop their own sense of contribution to the field, encouraging them to develop and lead peer trainings and collaborative events
• Ensure clinical practices meet legal and ethical standards and licensing requirements
• Support a collaborative, professional clinical environment
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned
• Primary responsible is dedicated to clinical supervision
• 5–10 client sessions per week (can vary as supervisory caseload fluctuates)
• 2-4 hour of monthly group supervision / co-lead peer-lead case consultations
• Remaining time for documentation, consultation, and coordination
• Meet regularly with Bene Therapy owners for strategy and support

Qualifications

• Washington State-approved Clinical Supervisor
• Active Washington license in good standing (LMHC, LICSW, LMFT, or equivalent)
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience
• Strong leadership, mentorship, and communication skills
• Professional references required

Compensation

• $92,000 - $100,000 annually
• PTO
• Monthly technology reimbursement
• W2 position; Overtime eligibility will follow Washington State law Bene Therapy PLLC
