Job summary

Bene Therapy PLLC in Seattle, WA is seeking an experienced Clinical Supervisor to mentor our team of clinicians. This role includes supervising W2 employees and independent contractors while maintaining a client caseload and ensuring high-quality care across the practice.

You will participate in hiring, manage referrals, guide case consultations and treatment planning, and support clinician development. The position offers PTO, monthly tech reimbursement, and a competitive salary in the 92k–100k

Qualifications

• Washington State-approved Clinical Supervisor.
• Active Washington license in good standing (LMHC, LICSW, LMFT, or equivalent).
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to W2 clinicians and independent contractors.
• Participate in the hiring and management of clinicians.
• Manage incoming referrals and coordinate therapist-client matches.
