Job summary

The MH Group in Massachusetts is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to lead a team of counselors delivering substance use and behavioral health services. You will balance hands-on clinical leadership with your own caseload, shaping care delivery while staying connected to the people you serve.

You must hold LMHC or LICSW licensure, have at least three years in Human Services, and two years of supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a related field is required.
• Current LMHC or LICSW licensure is required.
• At least three years of experience in Human Services is required.
• At least two years of supervisory experience is required.
• Experience with substance use and dual-diagnosis populations.
• Knowledge of DPH BSAS regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct clinical supervision and support to program staff.
• Assign counselor caseloads and oversee caseload management.
• Oversee the group schedule and psycho-educational groups as needed.
• Attend and facilitate clinical staff meetings and weekly treatment team meetings.
• Perform assessments and chart reviews to ensure accuracy and DPH compliance.
• Monitor and coordinate services for the individuals served.
• Partner with the Program Director on employee evaluations.
• Maintain your own caseload while guiding the caseload management of others.
• Meet direct-service productivity standards established by the program.
• Monitor the formulation and completion of treatment plans, progress notes, and group notes.
• Maintain clinical licensure and continuing education requirements.

Who You Are

Compensation & Location

Annual Pay $80,000 – $85,000

Sign-On Bonus: $ 1,000 after 95 days

Location: Split evenly between Orange and Greenfield, MA
