A position is available for a clinical supervisor to provide treatment to families in transition to Family Care Community Partnerships at Child And Family. This position is eligible for American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funds, which include a one-time $750.00 sign-on bonus payable after 90 days of employment, as well as a monthly stipend of up to $694.50 based on hours worked in the previous month. These funds are guaranteed through June 30, 2023.

Job Summary
This position provides clinical supervision and treatment to families involved in transition to Family Care Community Partnerships (FCCP). Responsibilities include conducting assessments, supervising staff responsible for family advocacy and education, and developing family-centered treatment plans.
The role involves outreach family counseling for clients assigned through EBFCCP, utilizing various treatment interventions as part of the Care Planning Team. Due to workflow and responsibility levels, flexibility in scheduling beyond 40 hours per week may be required. The supervisor reports directly to the EBFCCP Director, who provides supervision and training.
