A leading nonprofit organization in Rhode Island seeks a Program Manager for its Family Centered Treatment Program. In this hybrid role, you will lead a team in delivering in-home therapeutic services, ensuring quality care and documentation while overseeing staff supervision and program implementation. The ideal candidate will hold a relevant Master's degree, necessary state licensure, and experience in social work and leadership.
You will provide leadership and management of the Family Centered Treatment Program (FCT), where staff provide in-home therapeutic services to families using the FCT evidence-based national model.
Hybrid Role, 20% Remote Work.

Direct Service Staff :
This position requires time sitting, standing, walking, driving, carrying and lifting up to 25lbs. This role also requires operating desktop, laptop and / or cell phone, and communicating with colleagues.
