Interactive Kids is an Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) agency that serves individuals in schools, homes, clinics, and community settings. We’re hiring a full-time Clinical Supervisor to support and mentor our School Consultation Team. This salaried leadership role focuses on staff development, clinical training, and consultation support — not direct billable services. You’ll work closely with consultants across multiple districts, providing supervision, feedback, and helping drive service quality. This opportunity is for external and internal applicants.
Supervise Behavior Consultants and BCBA/BCaBA candidates
Provide on-site coaching, weekly feedback, and clinical support
Train staff on FBAs, initial consults, and district protocols
Guide consultants across varying district consultation models
Support the Director with caseload planning and evolving team needs
Lead or assist with internal and district-wide trainings
Help identify service gaps and implement improvements
Promote professionalism, quality, and team growth
Required:
BCBA with 5+ years of full-time school consultation experience
Able to consult independently and clinically without supervision
Strong FBA writing and analysis skills
Skilled in giving and receiving feedback
Experience supervising RBTs or junior staff
Professional, discreet, and team-oriented
Preferred:
Experience leading trainings or PD presentations
Known as a go-to team member for peer support
Leads with humility, clarity, and accountability
