Health & Human Services in North Carolina is seeking a Substance Abuse Counselor, Clinical (NS) to provide assessment, case management, counseling, and family education for ADATC patients as part of an interdisciplinary team at JFK.

Formación

• Experience with substance use disorders and/or psychiatric disorders.
• Independent planning, organizing, and facilitating discharge planning.
• Training in motivational interviewing and trauma informed care.
• Thorough knowledge of case management policies and procedures.
• Ability to create, implement and supervise patient treatment planning.

Responsabilidades

• Provide assessment, case management, continuing care and follow-up.
• Deliver individual and group therapy and family education.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary treatment team.
