Qualifications

• Must hold LCAS or CADC credential in North Carolina.
• Experience with Medically Assisted Treatment (MAT) for addiction preferred.
• Maintain a positive, non‑judgmental attitude toward patients.
• Ability to relate to patients' struggles and remain coachable.
• Satisfactory criminal background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments and eligibility interviews.
• Provide individual and group counseling; deliver services on schedule.
• Coordinate services with doctors, nurses and therapists.
• Involve families in the recovery process when possible.
• Develop and participate in patient teaching and support activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
