Clinical Student Administrator
The Clinical Student Administrator (CSA) plays a critical role in supporting medical students during their clinical years by ensuring timely placement in core and elective clerkships at approved clinical training sites that meet University requirements. This position manages assigned cohorts of students, ensuring accurate enrollment, compliance with licensure and residency requirements, and steady progress toward degree completion. The CSA serves as a resource for students, faculty, and staff, providing guidance, support, and advocacy. This individual ensures all interactions with students are documented in Salesforce and/or CSM for accuracy, continuity, and accountability. Reporting to the Assistant Director of Clinical Education Operations, the CSA works under general supervision, exercising initiative, judgment, and student‑centered service.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $60,000 to $65,000 per year. The final salary offered may vary and will be determined based on factors such as job‑related knowledge, skills, experience, location, and education of the successful candidate.
