• Coordinate centralized hospital staffing coverage and scheduling data according to department policy and procedure.
• Manage daily staffing and PTO/LOA requests and ensure shifts are filled per policy.
• Enter and update schedules in the scheduling system accurately for each shift.
• Provide clear, timely reports to CSO, unit managers, and leadership on staffing activities and outcomes.
• Communicate staffing changes and requirements to the staffing team and units to maintain safe patient care.
