Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or PharmD required
• Current state pharmacist licensure in good standing
• Immunization certification required for Retail or Specialty Pharmacy positions
• 1–2 years of pharmacy experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Assess patients' pharmaceutical needs and provide pharmaceutical care.
• Dispense and verify medications accurately.
• Counsel patients and healthcare professionals on therapies.
• Monitor drug therapy and prevent interactions and adverse events.
• Maintain pharmacy workflow and operations in the absence of leadership.
• Administer vaccines and other injections where permitted by policy.
• Review, approve, and document medication therapy management interventions.
• Ensure compliance with policies, laws, and confidentiality.
