Job summary

You will establish personalized treatment plans, monitor progress, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and contribute to high-quality patient outcomes across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Master's degree preferred, or Bachelor's degree with field experience.
• CCC Certification required by state licensure rules.
• CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, assess, develop, and administer personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs.
• Identify issues and modify speech therapy treatment as necessary.
• Track and document patient performance, progress, and response to treatment.
• Celebrate patient victories along the way.

Education
