Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients within 24 hours of referral and document delays if any.
• Develop and obtain approval for treatment plans per physician orders.
• Treat patients according to the treatment plan and document progress.
• Supervise CFY/SLP assistants in direct patient care and related activities.
• Communicate patient progress with supervisor and health team members.
