You will establish written care plans and deliver targeted treatment based on evaluations and goals, while monitoring progress and communicating with physicians and the care team.

The role requires licensure as an SLP, CCC, and BLS as applicable, with no prior experience required.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech Pathology from an accredited program.
• Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist in the state of practice (SLP).
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers completed within 90 days if required.

Responsibilities

• Interprets physician referrals and conducts speech, language, voice, cognitive, and swallowing evaluations.
• Establishes written plans of care and implements treatment based on evaluation results and goals.
• Monitors outcomes, adjusts treatment plans, and communicates progress to physicians and teammates.
