Job summary

Woodmont Health Campus in Waunakee, WI is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide comprehensive speech-language pathology services. You will evaluate patients, develop therapy plans, and educate families while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.

The ideal candidate will have a Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology and current state licensure, with up to one year of clinical experience preferred. Competitive salaries and benefits are provided from the first day of employment.

• Current state SLP licensure.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology preferred.
• 0-1 years of clinical experience.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients to identify speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans.
• Provide therapy to improve patients’ communication skills.
• Educate patients and families about disorders and therapy techniques.
• Maintain documentation of patient evaluations and treatment plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
