Job summary

Responsibilities

• Evaluates, plans and implements speech and/or swallowing treatment programs.
• Plans and organizes work to enhance patient care and departmental outcomes.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary team to meet patient and family goals.
• Provides feedback and completes required documentation and charting.
• Utilizes information systems for scheduling, billing and policy compliance.
