Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist in Texas on hire.
• Basic Life Support (CPR) certification within 14 days.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates, plans and implements communication and/or swallow treatment programs.
• Designs programs to meet oral motor/swallowing, speech/language, and cognitive needs.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary team to meet patient needs in a timely manner.
• Completes documentation including charting, charge entry, and peer reviews.
• Uses information systems to support departmental and hospital goals.
