Qualifications

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in MedTech, healthcare, clinical practice, sales, or marketing with a track record in process improvement and change management.
• Experience supporting complex health systems, multi-site implementations, national accounts, or IDNs preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to lead clinical initiatives across stakeholders and geographies.

Responsibilities

• Build strategic clinical partnerships across national accounts and designated strategic IDNs with key stakeholders.
• Partner with leadership and sales teams to develop aligned account strategies and execution plans.
• Serve as a clinical solution expert across the portfolio, including BD Acute Academy and connected learning platforms.
• Translate national agreements and system-level commitments into scalable implementation plans.
• Lead or support enterprise-wide clinical discovery, education, and sustainment activities across IDNs.
• Develop executive-ready clinical reports and recommendations for nursing leadership and C-suite executives.
• Create repeatable clinical tools and playbooks to standardize customer experience.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure alignment from national strategy to local execution.
• Participate in national account business planning and quarterly reviews.
