The Clinical Specialist role supports surgeon teams by proctoring CVAC procedures, training staff on instruments, and delivering clinical product assistance to ensure safe, effective cases across the territory. You will manage inventory, aid in education programs with physicians and APPs, and collaborate with the Regional Clinical Manager to align with quality and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

• Clinical experience such as scrub tech, x-ray tech, RN/BSN or laser tech.
• Experience in a medical device or clinical specialist role preferred.
• Comfortable with startup pace and travel requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide intraoperative clinical product support and training.
• Proctor CVAC procedures and educate surgical teams on devices.
• Maintain equipment, kits, and inventory with QC checks.
• Collaborate with regional clinical manager on case coverage.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Support physician training and medical staff education.
