Qualifications

• Active license in state of practice (OT/PT/SLP).
• ABPTS-Certified Specialist is required.
• AOTA Advanced Certification preferred.
• ASHA CSRS/CBIS certification beneficial.
• Extensive clinical experience in therapy specialties.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients with specialty diagnoses and plan therapy.
• Review referrals and medical history to determine treatment needs.
• Develop and adjust treatment/discharge plans.
• Document progress and maintain records.
• Educate patients and families for home programs.
• Coordinate care with the treatment team.
