Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Athletic Training is required.
• NATA BOC certification and current state license required.
• 2 years of experience in an equivalent setting preferred.
• BLS certification required within 30 days for certain sites.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily clinical treatment with physical therapists.
• Guide patients on exercise programs and scheduling.
• Coordinate injury prevention programs for athletes.
• Coordinate care with outreach athletic trainers and other professionals.
• Document injury treatments and plans of care.
• Maintain competency through continuing education.
