Job summary

Accordance Search Group seeks a Clinical Field Specialist to support physicians, nurses, and healthcare teams across the Little Rock, Arkansas territory, including all of Arkansas and Shreveport, LA. This field-based role provides clinical education, case support, and procedural training to customers.

The ideal candidate has a clinical background, excels in presenting to clinicians, and works effectively both independently and with a sales team. Travel within the territory is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a clinical or healthcare field.
• Experience as RN, clinical specialist, surgical/procedural professional, or medical device clinical representative.
• Ability to confidently communicate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
• Strong presentation, education, and training skills.
• Willingness to travel across the Little Rock AR territory and surroundings.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on clinical and procedural support to physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
• Support procedures and cases within hospitals and other healthcare settings throughout the assigned territory.
• Educate and train customers on clinical best practices, procedural techniques, and appropriate use of medical technologies.
• Serve as a trusted clinical resource for customers before, during, and after procedures.
• Partner closely with the local sales team to support customer needs, account development, and territory objectives.
• Conduct in-services, product training, and educational programs for physicians and clinical staff.

This field-based position serves as a clinical and procedural resource, providing education, case support, training, and ongoing clinical expertise to customers.

The ideal candidate is a clinically confident professional who thrives in a fast-paced hospital environment, builds strong relationships with physicians and clinical staff, and is comfortable working alongside a commercial team. Key Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on clinical and procedural support to physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.

• Must reside within or near the Little Rock, AR territory and be able to travel throughout the assigned geography.

Compensation

• Base Salary- $ 80,000 + Variable $44,000 at plan - $124,000 OTE+ uncapped based on performance.
