Job summary

Amazon is seeking a sourcing recruiter to join the Clinical recruiting team. You will partner with clinical leaders to hire providers for in-office and virtual roles nationwide, owning searches across the country and building a strong candidate pool through proactive sourcing.

Role can be based out of Nashville, Seattle or Arlington with autonomy over talent strategy and funnel optimization, collaborating with your Recruiting Business Partner to identify top talent.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full life-cycle recruiting including sourcing (high-sourcing / low-volume).
• Experience recruiting for healthcare providers and related roles.
• Ability to build candidate pipelines and influence hiring decisions.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a network of potential candidates for clinical roles nationwide.
• Conduct initial screens and set expectations for the recruiting process.
• Partner with hiring teams to design effective sourcing strategies.
• Propose and implement recruitment processes to improve efficiency and quality.
• Document plans, timelines, and tracking for searches.
