Qualifications

• Four-year degree in nursing, physical therapy, occupational therapy, or related healthcare field.
• Healthcare market experience and ability to learn new products quickly.
• Experience training sales, ops, and healthcare providers.
• Strong written and oral communication across clinical, marketing, sales, and ops teams.

Responsibilities

• Understand all SES products and clinical applications.
• Train sales, ops, and internal teams on SES products and campaigns.
• Collaborate with product and marketing to create training materials.
• Provide new customer product education during large implementations.
• Serve as divisional resource for SES product questions.
• Identify divisional training needs with leadership and develop plans.
• Travel to customer sites and conduct trainings as required (up to 75%).
