Job summary

Agiliti is seeking a Clinical Advisor to join the Solutions team in Las Vegas. You will ensure internal and external customers are trained on SES products and clinical applications, supporting campaigns and new product launches.

Responsibilities include training across sales, ops, and healthcare providers, developing materials with product and marketing, and coordinating with the implementation team for large deployments. Strong communication and project management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in training sales, ops and healthcare providers.
• Ability to learn new products and sales strategies quickly.
• Strong written and oral communication across clinical, marketing, sales, and ops audiences.

Responsibilities

• Understand SES products and clinical applications across all releases.
• Train sales, ops and internal teams on SES products for diverse needs.
• Create and maintain effective training materials with product and marketing teams.
• Provide new customer product education for large implementations and coordinate with the implementation team.
• Serve as a divisional resource for SES product questions and drive training plans.
• Identify divisional field training needs with leaders and develop plans to meet them.
• Collaborate with leadership to ensure training aligns with campaigns and strategies.
