Agiliti Health, Inc. is seeking a Clinical Advisor to join the Solutions team. The role focuses on ensuring customers and internal teams are trained on SES products and clinical applications.

You will train sales, ops and other internal teams, covering new hire training, new product campaigns, and SES strategies. You will collaborate with product and marketing to produce effective materials and support large implementations.

Qualifications

• Four‑year degree required in nursing, physical therapy, occupational therapy or a related healthcare field.
• Certification in wound care, falls, or safe patient handling preferred.
• Experience in training, primarily sales teams, ops teams, and healthcare providers.
• Experience in the healthcare market required.

Responsibilities

• Understand all SES products, current and new releases.
• Understand clinical application and outcomes of SES products.
• Train sales, ops and internal teams on SES products and campaigns.
• Train all sales groups on SES strategies and campaigns.
• Collaborate with product and marketing to create training materials.
• Provide new customer product education for large implementations.
• Serve as divisional resource for SES product questions.
• Identify divisional training needs and develop plans.
