Job summary

Baxter International Inc. is seeking a Clinical Sales Account Manager to represent Baxter and its products on location with doctors and nurses.

You will leverage a deep portfolio mix to meet patient needs, build trust, and drive business results across assigned accounts in Chicago and surrounding regions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, present evidence-based outcomes, and travel as needed to lead territory initiatives.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of sales experience or 8+ years in healthcare sales
• Experience selling healthcare capital/durable medical equipment preferred
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel up to 75%

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue by developing sales strategies and negotiating with customers
• Collaborate with internal sales and service partners to serve shared accounts
• Lead customer business reviews and collect outcomes data
